Q: Can I burn materials in my yard/on my property?
A: Yes, but only from January 15 to May 1 between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM with a permit. To receive a permit, you must read and follow all Open Burning Safety Tips, complete and submit an Open Burn Permit and Application for Standard Permit, and submit a $50 fee for each day of burning. Cash or check made payable to the Town of Oak Bluffs are accepted.
